  2. 兌換嘅產品或服務由兌換日起計365日內有效，請喺有效期內使用。

  3. 所有產品都可以無限次兌換（打印機除外，每個帳戶限換一部）。

  4. 如果存貨不足，我哋嘅客服團隊會聯絡你安排更換其他產品或者將積分退回你嘅帳戶。

  5. 現金券使用規則：
    • 現金券可以直接扣減消費金額，不設找贖。
    • 每張現金券可以分多次使用，但必須喺365日內用完。

       1. Points cannot be refunded once successfully redeemed.
           2. Redeemed products or services are valid for 365 days from the date of redemption. Please use them within the validity period.
           3. All products can be redeemed without limit, except for printers, which are limited to one redemption per account.
           4. In case of insufficient stock, our customer service team will contact you to arrange for an alternative product or refund the points to your account.
           5. For vouchers:
            • Vouchers can be used for direct deductions and no change will be given.
            • Each voucher can be used multiple times, but must be fully utilized within 365 days.
